Size

Below is a table of standard sizes. Please, before choosing the right size, choose the size you want.

Chest circumference - measure horizontally along the protruding points around the body.

Waist girth - measure horizontally around the torso at waist level in the narrowest place.

Throat circumference - we measure at the most prominent points of the thighs and buttocks, while putting your feet together, measure the hips in most of them, about 15-20 cm below the waist.

Production time

The standard production period is 10 working days

Return

• The Customer has the right to return the goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, providing the original payment document. The goods can be returned if they have not been used, they are in their original conditions, consumer qualities of the goods, all paper tags and other labels are preserved;
• The used goods, the goods without labels, and also the goods made by the individual order cannot be returned;

• When returning the goods, return delivery is paid by the Customer in accordance with the carrier's tariffs;
• Refund for the goods is returned to the current Customer’s account be bank transfer within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return.

Payment

Within Ukraine:

• Post pay with prepayment UAH 500;
• If the customer does not pick up the goods at the post office or refuses the goods, the prepayment is returned excluding the cost of delivery in both directions
• By card on the web site 

Outside Ukraine:

• By card on the web site 

Delivery

Within Ukraine:

• "Nova Poshta" Transportation company, to local Nova Poshta office;
• courier delivery to the address, “Nova Poshta”

Outside Ukraine:

• Ukrpost (3-4 weeks);
• DHL (5-7 days)

Are items the same as in the photo?

Yes. All OM models, which are presented on our website, are the same as in the photo. We make photo shooting using professional equipment that allows to reflect the natural colors of fabrics.

Yes, salons and showrooms work by appointment.

Do you provide a dress rental service?

There is no rental service. Only sale is possible in our salons and showrooms.
