The skirt is made of taffeta and features lining and back waist closure. Theside length of the skirt is 45 cm

Waist circumference - measured horizontally around the torso at waist level at the narrowest point.

Thigh circumference - measure the most protruding points of the thighs and buttocks, when ftsomu put your feet together, measure the thighs in most of them, about 15-20 cm below the waist.
